sports performance. The BOSU Balance Trainer™ program is a modular

every component of fitness. In this workshop, you'll learn exercises and

Mat Science I
Mat Science I is a one-day, introductory workshop featuring a progressive series of exercises that accommodate all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body. Mat Science II
Mat Science II is the next step in developing and utilizing more mindful exercises, based on the classic disciplines of movement and the fundamental exercises in Mat Science I. Mat Science II teaches a progressive series of combinations and variations of floor exercises, and adds standing postures to enhance and develop:
