The opportunity to travel in the U.S. Army for more than 20 years is an experience that is plentiful and rich in freedoms. Through these travels, there are countries that I have visited, that had sorrow amongst women and children. My passion for health and fitness has extended more than 13 years in educating people from all types of backgrounds on the benefits of exercise, health and nutrition. The response has truly been overwhelming and rewarding on a level that is hard to explain, but is felt from an open heart. In order to create and maintain that total healthy body one must be willing to give and receive. The ability to give to charities while serving the United States Army has been very rewarding. The more that I learn in the field of holistic health defines a philosophy of give and take to a world level. To give to an organization in which you believe in feels the heart with joy and shows love. The greatest experience one can go through is to be loved. As group fitness instructors, we need to continue to travel the road to become healthier not only, in mind and body, but soul and spirit. This is just one way that the Vibe community can give back and expect nothing in return. Explore the charity below as they will change on a regular basis determined by their importance to the world and their contributions to humanity.
