In order to participate in any of the programs and promotions on Vita's Vibe you must be a member. Participation in these events is completely voluntary and we do not require you to disclose this information. Your email address will be the first contact the Vibe will use to notify winners.

Email Checks
The Vibe will implement email checks randomly. Any email that does not respond to the check will be removed from the site. What does this mean? Visitors must use active email addresses. If the email check returns any inactive email address, the address will be removed from the site along with registration information. You will need to register again and receive approval before access.

Member Registration

Becoming a member of the Vibe makes you part of a community that demands that group fitness instructors and professionals conduct themselves in a professional manner that is free of jealousy, immaturity, negativity and dishonesty. We are looking for serious minded, mature instructors. The Vibe will implement a 1-Strike rule: Zero tolerance for insensitive comments, harsh words, negativity, and people who are not professional. Negative people are like deadly toxins and can ruin an atmosphere. Your registration information becomes incomplete.

As a member, you are making an important statement that you positively value what is happening at Vita's Vibe.

You are saying that you would like to remain associated with Vita's Vibe it's members and what it represents.

Basic Rules of Conduct
It is important that all visitors show respect for all users of the site. In our chat and discussion group areas, do not say or do anything that injures or harms others or amounts to a personal attack. This will result in immediate deletion from the site.

Do not use the Vibe for anything that might be illegal or violate a visitor’s rights. Any conduct that is unprofessional, or may violate another visitor’s rights is not permitted on the Vibe.

Vita's Vibe needs your support to continue. Because of the high volume of visitors the site receives and the size of the site, we have to pay for Internet services and other usual business expenses. Below is a list of the services:

If you are interested in submitting live choreography to the Live Choreo section, feel free to contact me @: mail@vitasvibe.com. We are looking for a variety of formats. Choreographers will be paid for their submissions.

Information collected and how it is used.
Vita's Vibe will use all reasonable efforts to prevent the disclosure or use of your personal information. We will not sell, share, or rent your information in any way different from what is disclosed in this statement. Vita's Vibe collects information from you at several different points on our website. This information is used to enhance your experience on Vita's Vibe.

Surveys
The survey will be placed on a secure server and will have general questions. Vita's Vibe will have several surveys on the site. Visitors can observe trends in group fitness pertaining to pay and other areas. Surveys may also be used to determine how certain regions in different parts of the country pay professional group fitness instructors. Participation is completely at your discretion. All answers to the survey are anonymous when placed on the site for viewing. No need to worry about saying something and attaching a name to the comment.

New Beginnings Program

The New Beginnings Program is geared towards the new instructor who has been teaching for less than 3 years. As a beginner instructor there is so much to learn, often times the new instructor does not know where to begin. This can be overwhelming for some and can lead to immediate burnout. New faces coming into our industry yearly. The Vibe will provide the new instructor with a package of items for the new professional instructor. The goody package will change often. The New Beginning winner is awarded quarterly (every 3 months - beginning in November). This program is based on a honor’s system. You will never know what you get. Surprises are always better!

Instructor Contests

Everyone likes to win a gift. The Vibe will hold contests periodically that pertains to health and fitness. The question can come from any reference book, daily health article (new to the Vibe) or could pertain to practical questions. This will be a great learning experience for all. Winners will receive items that will add to their library, wardrobe or desk. We love surprises! You have to check in daily to see when the contest starts. This program is open to all instructors. Program is quarterly and will begin in the last week of December. No particular date will be announced.

Certification/Recertification Program

Certifications are costly but a necessary avenue for any facility that is running an aerobics program. Vita's Vibe will sponsor an instructor to receive the certification of their choice (up to $400.00, recertification could be included in this cost). The winner will be chosen annually. Program will be held in March.

Attend a Conference Program

Carey Fraley, AFAA Certification Specialist/Presenter said it a nutshell in her "Setting the Standards," audiocassette tape (Sara City). She would attend a conference, go back to class and her class would say "oh no, she is going to give us the whole conference in one class." Attending conferences are so fun and a great learning experience at any level. You will come away with tons of ideas for your classes. The Vibe Conference Program will sponsor one instructor to the conference of his/her choice.

Achieve all of your cecs in days by attending a conference and prepare your recertification packet with no worries. We all know when it comes to recertifying getting the packet in on time can be worrisome to say the least. This program will be awarded on an annual basis.

Your only obligation is to come back and tell us what a great time you had and how many showers you took. Just kidding, forget the shower. Program will be held during summer months June - August.

Media Program

Professional instructors learn through a variety of sources. Reading reference books and reputable magazines are essential for growth. The Vibe will provide a membership to the winner through the magazine of their choice. Choices must be through American Fitness (AFAA), IDEA, ACE, etc. Program will be annually and held in February.
